We want you to love your purchase from GrabValues. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable (Final Sale) Items

Please note that certain products/collections are final sale and cannot be returned. This includes personalized or custom-made products, as well as specific collections marked as non-returnable at checkout.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at sales@grabvalues.com within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
